How I Help . . .

Business owners and plan sponsors often come to me with the same challenge: they want to offer a strong retirement plan while navigating complex regulations, rising costs and competing priorities. Many know their 401(k) plan should be doing more for their employees and the business but are not sure where to start.

I help simplify that process. By reviewing plan design, clarifying fiduciary responsibilities and identifying opportunities for improvement, I help plan sponsors increase employee participation, strengthen compliance and take advantage of available tax benefits. The result is a more effective retirement plan that leadership can feel confident in and employees can clearly understand and value.

I chose this profession because I enjoy helping businesses turn retirement plans into strategic assets rather than administrative burdens. The work I enjoy most is aligning plan design with business goals whether that means improving participation and deferral rates, maximizing tax advantages or ensuring the plan evolves as the business grows.

My strength is seeing the bigger picture. I translate complex topics like plan design, fiduciary oversight and tax considerations into clear guidance business owners can act on with confidence. My approach is rooted in partnership. I work as a strategic ally to plan sponsors by proactively identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges and providing ongoing support beyond implementation.

Ultimately, my goal is to help businesses offer retirement plans that truly work for everyone involved.
