How I Help…

At the heart of what I do is a commitment to helping 401(k) participants and plan sponsors make informed decisions about their retirement plan. Whether you’re just getting started or nearing retirement, my goal is to simplify the complex and guide you toward a confident future.

I always consider the many intricacies that comes with a 401(k) plan by evaluating the plan design, and ultimately educating the participant and sponsor to make the best informed decision that they can make. Each plan is different, but it is my job to dissect the plan and break it down into digestible pieces that allows for the best outcome.

I enjoy the journey more than the destination itself since that's where all of the experience lies. Everyday I seek growth and opportunities - whether that's professionally or personally. Life is finite and beautiful, so live everyday enlightened and to the fullest!
What does above+beyond mean to you?
To go above+beyond is to go the extra mile on your own volition. There must be a wholistic approach to it that considers a multitude of different factors for a successful outcome. Rather than focusing solely on a single issue with a narrow perspective, stepping back to identify and address additional challenges simultaneously can lead to more comprehensive and valuable results.
What activity plays an important part in your life?
The gym helps me maintain stability physically and mentally.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is a greasy cheeseburger that will clog my arteries.
What is/was your biggest life challenge?
I am about a quarter of the way through my lifetime, so my biggest challenge is long-term planning. No one can tell what the future holds, but what I can do is have plans in place to be prepared and adapt.
What is your passion outside of work?
My passion is to learn and grow through new experiences. Getting uncomfortable allows me to truly understand who I am as a person and how I deal with different situations.
